Before completing your donation to C.A.R.E., we ask all potential members to agree to some privacy terms (a simple Non-Disclosure Agreement, or NDA). This is to protect both yourself and other members from anyone discussing or publishing any private information in the public domain regarding what members do or discuss.

We ask C.A.R.E. members to keep private what other members post on this website. Aside from the template letter examples, no other material on the site may be reproduced for use or publication in the public domain. Please respect what we’re all trying to achieve here, and respect your fellow members’ privacy by following the terms of the NDA, as detailed below.

In basic terms… make use of the template example letters freely, but keep all other website information private and respect your fellow members.

C.A.R.E Private Members Association Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

 This NDA is written in plain English, as commonly understood by the men and women of Britain. PMA refers to the C.A.R.E. PMA.

 This Agreement comes into full effect as soon as you tick the box agreeing to the terms & conditions.

1. This Agreement is between you, the Member, the PMA, and all members of the PMA whether known to you or not.
2. You, the Member, agree not to disclose, publish, or make public in any way, the information, members’ data, and PMA material contained within this website to any third-party man, woman, or organisation/public body of any kind, unless given express permission to do so by the founders of the PMA.
3. Should the Member download any material from the website (aside from template letter examples), she or he agrees to keep the information secure and not disclose to or allow access by a third party who is not a member.
4. Neither this Agreement nor the supply of any information to download for use when corresponding with the metering agents (the template letters examples) grants the Member any licence, interest or right in respect of any intellectual property rights of the PMA, except the right to copy the Information solely for the Purpose (the Purpose being using the template letter examples during correspondence with the metering agents).
5. The Member’s agreement to the above terms will continue in force indefinitely.
6. The Agreement is governed by, and is construed in accordance with, English law.
7. The Member acknowledges that breaking one or more of the above terms in this Agreement may result in court action, with the PMA seeking damages of up to £250,000 depending on the circumstances of breach.

The Member agrees that by ticking the box below, he or she will enter into a binding digital agreement with C.A.R.E PMA to respect the privacy of its members and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
